What is the difference between a surge protector and an extension cord?
Hello. Outwardly extension cords and surge protectors are similar, the difference is in the button on the surge protector. What is the difference? Does the surge protector perform any “useful” functions for wiring and sockets? Or is there no difference what to use with an extension cord or surge protector? Thank.
