Feed-through switches do not work correctly - where to look for a problem?
Good afternoon! We moved to a new house, the apartment is already finished, so the whole world is already connected. There should be a passage switch in the corridor, however, the light turns on only if you turn on two switches at once. If one of them is “off”, then no matter how much you click on the second, the light will not light up. Tell me, please, where could the problem be?
Good afternoon, did you remove the switches from the wall? How many wires are connected to them? Are you generally sure that these are in general circuit breakers? 3 wires should come to the switch.
