Why does the machine knock out when the washing machine is turned on?

In the corridor there is a 25 A machine to the meter, after the meter there is a 50A bipolar machine. From an automatic machine to 3 automatic machines, one for 20 and 2 for 16 to sockets. I turn on the washer and one oil heater, knock out the machine on the site, why?

    If you have 25 A before the meter, then it limits your load. That is, with a load current exceeding 25A, the machine will turn off after a while by overload. Probably, in addition to the washing machine and heater, something else is included in the house at this moment, which in total gives an overload.
