We decided to put a box from the shield, and connect everything from it (sockets, chandelier, etc.) / The question is: if we isolate the old wiring in the places where the sockets and chandelier are connected, and we feed from a new box, will it not shorten then? Is it permissible to do this or do you need to do something else?
