Which PWM speed controller is better?

Hello! There is a revolving (8,000 rpm.) Motor - a DC 12V fan; 4.3 A. It works like a hood, you need a PWM speed controller. I looked at suitable amperage, but they are different in frequency, there are 200 Hz, 3 kHz, 10 kHz, 13 kHz, 20 kHz and 25 kilohertz. Which one is best for adjusting the fan speed?

The higher the frequency of the PWM controller, the better. This is due to the feature of smoothing the pulses at the output of the device, more frequency - less ripple, less noise and vibration in the fan.
