How to connect a two-gang switch if it has no phase?

Oleg asks:
Hello. He began to hang the chandelier on 2 switches (3 + 2). It turned out that there were 3 wires from the ceiling, on one phase, and 3 wires on the switch were zero. Can I connect somehow?
The answer to the question:
Hello! If I understand the situation correctly, then your switches for some reason open the neutral wire. You can screw incandescent lamps into both groups on the chandelier, if I'm right, phases will appear on two of the three wires of the switch. Then we connect the zero that comes to the switch to the middle contact (usually double switches have 3 contacts - one common or middle and 2 output to the lamps). In general, you need to find the switch box and change the wires in it.

You can read about the connection diagram in this article.
