Finalization of the electric boiler Rubin 9 kW 380V

Alexander asks:
Good afternoon! Twice changed the relay, due to the melting of the connector. After a recent replacement, I waited for the thermostat to trip. And I didn’t understand whether the relays (not an electrician, I don’t know the device) make a series of consecutive clicks, or the thermostat (probably it). There used to be one click.

In general, I want to understand the reason for the flashing of contacts and replace the relays with safer ones. Ideally, to mount everything in the boiler body, but it is ready to carry it into a separate shield. I can’t attach an image from a smartphone, the passport from the boiler is searched for in a couple of minutes. By the way, there in the circuit, the dashed lines indicate parallel powered relays, two per ten for 9 kW boilers, but I have only three of them from the factory (one per ten).

The answer to the question:
Hello! Try applying voltage directly to the relay, and not through the thermostat. If the inclusion is clear with one click - you need to check the thermostat. For example, you can connect an incandescent lamp to its output and see immediately it will turn on or blink. Also, such a series of clicks when turned on could be due to a reduced voltage in the network or poor contact at the points of connection of the relay coil.

Buy relays with the exact same specifications as they were installed before replacement. What does “safer” mean? How are these dangerous?

It’s difficult to help you through the monitor, you need to approach responsible repair of such a powerful device, it is better to contact a specialist.
