The problem with machine guns in a domestic car

I ask for help! For the first time I come across such a situation: a domestic car, the input is turned ON from the RC NYM 3x2.5mm. The simplest scheme is the input on the machines (2 pcs), the third (earth) - to the side. So, from automatic machines stupidly consumers 2 lamps of 60 W and a socket of 1 pc, all in parallel. When the machines are turned on, the lamps light up, but the outlet does not work. On the terminals of the machines, the PHASE indicator does not show (on either of the two!), As well as in the outlet, and the lamps shine.

What does the input on machines 2 pcs mean? Two automatic machines separately for sockets and light, or is it a two-pole common automatic machine?

It seems to me appropriate to completely disassemble the "simplest scheme" and assemble it differently
