After repairing the electric boiler, the outlet does not work, how to fix it?

Hello. When fixing an electric boiler, one of the outlets stopped working. Having disassembled it, I found a similar one. Black phase, blue zero, as far as I figured out, then what kind of wire is below? When reassembling, there is still no voltage. The house is old, instead of the normal cork fuses. And the socket is important, without it there will be no warm water =)

Hello! Without a visual inspection and diagnosis, no one will say what kind of third wire there is in the outlet. If the house was newly built, it could be assumed that this is grounding. And so you have to ring up, figure out where this wire goes. Maybe some old one was left in the wall, disconnected from two sides. Maybe earlier there was a socket with a switch in place of the outlet.
