Temperature visualization is needed to visually monitor the street in case of an emergency. There is a ceiling infrared heater (700 W). I want to purchase a RT-820M temperature controller or a similar sensor. Perhaps something else needs to be provided? Could you give a connection diagram? Thank!

    I'm not an electrician. Operating temperature range. Is this the range of correct operation of the device at the temperature in the room (on the street) in which it is installed? If this is the case, then you probably need to pick something else up, since we can have frosts of -38 -41. And I would like to place the device outdoors, so as not to open the door to the beekeeper (do not make sudden changes in temperature in the beekeeper, do not disturb the bees) and control the temperature from the street. The difficulty is that I myself live in a city, my mother lives in the village, and it is she who will look after the bee-keeper (his father used to do this, he recently died) and I want to make her task as easy as possible (and budget).

      The regulator that you bring in does not differ in characteristics from what we provided earlier, with the exception of the adjustable temperature range. There are two parameters - the range of operating temperatures and the range of adjustable temperatures. The operating temperature range is the temperature at which the temperature controller itself can operate. If you have severe frosts, then the sensor can not be placed on the street - it will not work at this temperature. Or if there is such a need, then it is necessary to organize the heating of the shield in which it will be installed. But I believe that it is advisable to simply place this regulator in the place where it will not be exposed to low temperatures.
      The range of adjustable temperatures is the temperature in the apiary, in the hive - it does not matter. Where you need to control and regulate the temperature - there you install the temperature sensor. The temperature range in the controller that you quoted is 25 / +130 degrees, and in the controller without the M + 4 / + 30 degrees index, this is their difference.
      It is unlikely that you will find another option for lower temperatures, since electronic devices cannot work at too low temperatures.I repeat - either organize the heating of the shield, where the regulator will be installed, or install it where the temperature is not too low. There are no other options.

If you need to lengthen, then read the recommendations in the operating instructions for the regulator that you purchase - all points must be specified there. It is better to choose a larger cross-section than the sensor wire cross-section in the kit, as the distance will be increased.
      If you extend the sensor wire, you need to lay it in the corrugation so that it is not exposed to external influences.
      For a heater of this power, a copper wire with a cross section of 1.5 square meters is quite enough. mm, but you can put 2.5 square meters. mm in case another heater of greater power is installed in the future.
