Why do LED lights turn on and off?

Andrew asks:
Good day! Help advice, I can not figure out "where to dig."
Six months ago, the apartment underwent a repair with a complete replacement of the wiring / box in the kitchen, bathroom, corridor + new entrance to the apartment before the counter, automatic machines were installed after the counter (separately for each room). Six months later, for no apparent reason, miracles begin: the upper light - 6 LED lamps. (2x3 connected in series), then turn on 1 pc., In each line, I click the switch - 2 pcs on, turn on the electric kettle - the remaining ones light up. There is also a fridge. In the corridor the same song, I turn on 3 consecutive LED lights - then 1 works, then 2, on holidays - 3)))
The answer to the question:
Hello! What does it mean sequentially? Disassemble the lamp, look at the condition of the cartridge, if necessary, re-inspect. Try replacing the lamps. By the way, what kind of lamps are there? Or is it “solid” lamps where the lamps do not change? With voltage, how are things? Maybe it is low? How many phases do you have? It is alarming that when you turn on the kettle, everything lights up, maybe there are problems with a bad zero contact somewhere?
