Why does the LED chandelier blink when turned on (main circuit)?

Good day. There is a LED chandelier, when you turn on the main lighting circuit, white light begins to flicker. An additional circuit that turns on the backlight works fine. What could be the causes of this problem? The tester rang the controller of the main circuit: input 220V AC voltage, output 75V DC. I found a slightly swollen capacitor there, but the controller performs the function of a rectifier and produces a given voltage. What could be the cause of the flicker? For my reasons, LEDs can flicker (blink) only if an alternating voltage is applied to them. Who faced a similar problem please help.

Hello! Most likely, the cause of the flickering of the LED chandelier, in your case, is just a swollen electrolytic capacitor. Poor filtering of the rectified voltage of 75V occurs, hence the flicker.
