Why does the laptop freeze when connected to the network?

Hello, I have such a problem, to be honest I don’t think that someone will help me here, but still I hope. A year ago, I moved to a new (old) apartment and I started having problems with the laptop, the mouse began to lag, the image was stupid, it was impossible to play, well, I thought maybe the problem is in the mouse. But no, I tried 5 mice for both 5 thousand and 1000, everything is the same and then they advised me to buy a computer on the forum saying that your laptop is weak, but I'm only 18 years old, I got a job bought a computer and all the same problems. Then I realized that the problem is not in technology, but in electricity. When you disconnect the laptop from the outlet and it works on battery all the rules, and I drove the computer to my sister in another apartment, there are all the rules. Help, if anyone knows (I will be very grateful to you).

Strange of course, as an option - the wire / cable is broken, but it has a contact, because of this, the power comes in by the bell, and the laptop switches from mode to mode. Try to test all sockets at home for this action. Disconnect the network, Internet cable / wi-fi, look at the behavior of the laptop, in case of hacking the OS.

This option was also checked, I changed the wire 3 times already, I thought the matter was in it and yes, but what about the computer that I recently bought) and I have the same problem, the computer is not in electricity, I checked everything in all sockets

There may also be voltage on the operator cable / interference. How do you connect the Internet to your laptop, via wi-fi or network cable?
