Is dust in the rosette dangerous?

Hello. When installing outlets in an apartment in the socket, it was not possible to remove all building dust (mainly from plastering plaster), in the new apartment there is no vacuum cleaner yet. Is it dangerous? And will this dust affect the work of the outlet?

It is better to remove all dust, as if this dust gets on the plug connectors, this will lead to poor contact and the socket may spark. Sparking, in turn, will lead to the rapid failure of a wall outlet or household appliance.
