Is such a solution possible there is a socket for a 2.5 mm washing machine with a C16 machine installed nearby? If you remove another socket from it and do not start the oven and washing machine at the same time. Or what is the best way to proceed?

If you want, connect to the stove’s power line, in principle, it is not prohibited, the document says in clause 10.2 “In apartments of residential buildings equipped with electric stoves, a separate group line for supplying these stoves should be provided (14.27). Lines for powering single-phase electric stoves must be made of copper conductors with a cross section of at least 6 mm². "
And it turns out that it’s not entirely clear “with electric stoves”, now they set the hob separately, and the ovens are separate, as in your case, while the hob is considered electric stoves and the ovens are not. But if you judge from the point of view that a full-fledged electric stove is a surface with hobs + an oven, it means that connecting the oven and hob is legitimate and meets the requirements of regulatory documents.
The cable you have chosen is just the one that the joint venture indicated above recommends, but the machine can be installed on it at 40A, although it depends on the line length and the allocated power, in general, if the cable is high-quality, and the cross-section of its conductive conductors is as stated, then put 40A ...
Because 32A at 220V is already 7 kW, that is, right next to your hob, if it happens that all the rings work at full power, and your wife puts something in the oven to bake, the machine will knock out.
You can connect to the line of the washing machine, but there will be no simultaneous operation of the washing machine and the oven.
Personally, I would do this:
Option 1: if the cable for the electric stove corresponds to the declared cross-section, then I would set the machine to 40A and connect to this line.
Option 2: lay another line from the electrical panel for connecting the oven (2.5 mm² with 16A automatic machine).
Option 3: If there is no possibility of laying a new line, then you would connect to the outlet of the washing machine, either by installing a double outlet, or another single, laying a cable between them, connecting the cable (the worst, but quite working and adequate option)
