Can a machine be knocked out due to a voltage regulator?

Hello. We live in the country, we have a 16A machine on the counter. In the house we put a voltage regulator of 9 kW. But if we try to turn on more than two devices, then the machine turns off on the counter, which earlier was not without a stabilizer. The voltage in the network jumps from 130 to 220 V. But sometimes even when one device is working for us, 1.5 kW knocks out the central machine on the transformer. Therefore, I have a question for you - can a machine be knocked out on this transformer due to the fact that we have a stabilizer?

    Hello! By increasing the voltage, the stabilizer consumes more current, is your 16A automatic and knocks it out, by the way do you have 3 phases or 1? It’s just that at 1 phase 16A it’s about 3.5 kW, and you bought a 9 kW stabilizer. The stabilizer puts the whole line in the end!
