Can a downhole pump burn out during phase imbalance?

Can a 3-phase submersible pump fail due to phase imbalance? If so, for what reason (what happens to the engine in this case). I would be grateful for the detailed answer. Two deep 3-phase 4 kW pumps burned down over a month (both have a break in one winding and a sure breakdown in the housing of the other two. Scheme “Y”), we cannot understand the reason. The phase voltage in the aisles is U = 240/240 / 235V, there is a suspicion of phase imbalance along the line.

If the voltage is really of such values, then the difference in one phase of 5 V is not a bias, this difference can be neglected. Perhaps the cause of damage to the pump was short-term power surges. If there were power surges, then they led to current surges in the windings - excess current leads to a breakdown of the windings.
