Can an oil heater reel up to 900 kW per month?

They sent an electricity bill of about 2000 kW, which turns out to be 900 kW per month. Can a Scarlett sc 1154 oil heater reel in how many kilowatts?

    Hello! The power of the heater indicated by you is 2.5 kW according to the passport. If he works at a maximum of 24 hours a day, it’s 60 kW per day, and, accordingly, about 1800 kW per month according to calculations. BUT: the heater does not work at full power 24/7, as a rule it heats up and turns off, then the cycle occurs again. 900 kW is quite a lot, I think the reason is different.
