Final check of the electrical panel and house wiring diagrams

Anatoly asks:
Hello Alexey.

He picks up time, I’m leaving in a couple of weeks, so I created a new topic in order to avoid confusion.

Created the final wiring diagram in the house. I ask you to check it and make a conclusion, can I collect shields according to this scheme?

All machines have already been purchased (including the opening machine), there are also three RCDs with parameters 40A - 30Ma (in the diagram I designated them as RCDs 1-2 and 4) whether these RCDs are 1-2-4 with such set parameters in the circuit? - It remains to buy an UZO at positions 3-5 and 6 (in the diagram they are highlighted in red) tell me with what parameters to buy an UZO 3-5-6 ???

If something needs to be corrected in the diagram, indicate errors pzhl.
And another UZO-3 group> AV-6 combined the sockets with lighting so I will lay this line with a 2.5 mm2 cable
Thank.

The answer to the question:

Hello!

RCD 4 - through it, the heater is energized, but it’s better to buy 10 mA, BUT, keep in mind that RCDs with such a low leakage current can be false, besides, in this same group a submersible (as I understand it) pump in the well ... I understand, in the tank of a street shower, it’s still dangerous. Or when you swim without fail, turn off the power to the heater, and if you strictly adhere to this rule, you can leave 30mA. And be sure to ground the tank and the heater itself, if there is a ground terminal on it.

The remaining RCDs take the same (30 mA), and the current can be less - 25A.

Have you decided to abandon the installation of the introductory AV in the shield of the economic unit? This is your decision, nothing in essence will change! And RCDs of 40A in all groups you bought with a good supply. There, anyway, the current is limited by the input AB to 25A.

In reality, there will be less tires, most likely, as I understand it ... For example, after UZO-6 → AV-11, there is 1 outlet ...

And since it’s a normal shield, I don’t see anything suspicious and I think it will work well.

Real operating experience will show the flaws of the circuit and the correct choice of protection devices, the same RCD, if there are no false positives, then everything is fine.

    Hello, Alexander!
I am very grateful to you for your help in drawing up the diagram.
    Thank you, everything is clear.
There are no more questions on the dashboard of the house, so I excluded it from the scheme.
Some clarifications remained on the shield of the economic unit.
He called from the brother-in-law, said that they still plan to install an electric oven with a gas hob up to 3.5 kW.
In the scheme of the dashboard of the household unit, I added another group (UZO-5, AV-9)
Tell me with what parameters to put these protective devices, that is, UZO-5 and AV-9 ???
And the last question: “Have you decided to abandon the installation of the introductory AV in the hoblock's shield? This is your decision, nothing in essence will change! ” - No, I didn’t refuse to install an introductory AV in the hoblock and I indicated it in this circuit, but here we have a debate among the same unfortunate electricians as how to use it in the circuit. I insist on connecting the first option, some for the second option, judge our dispute.

P.S.(from the schematic diagram of the house’s dashboard) “In reality, there will probably be less tires, as I understand it ... For example, after UZO-6 → AV-11, there is 1 socket ..."
Maybe there will be a second, for a razor - is that possible?

Once again I want to thank you for your help.
    Thank!

You have input 25A, right? By connecting according to the 1st option, you can consume 50 A, because two shields with 25A inputs will be parallel and not connected to each other.

by connecting through the introductory automatic machine at home (option 2) - you will be able to consume 25A maximum with TWO panels. If the input cable is designed for such a current - please (the main thing is that there are no problems with the network / power supply).

And does the circuit breaker also stand up to the machine? Is he 25A too? If yes, then connect according to 1 option. If there is no automatic machine to the counter - connect according to option 2.

As for the tires - at least arrange the entire shield with them))), if only it would be convenient for you.

In the first diagram, there is earth, and in both panels there are PE buses, but what about all the sockets with two wires? And, it’s not clear how you are going to use all of your electronic equipment with an input 25A, in turn or on schedule, there is no other choice.

Anatoly deliberately did not draw them, so as not to overload the circuit visually, instead he simply made the “Vein” go down from the tire, like “goes for everything below” ...

And it is not necessary to draw three wires on the diagram, he has all the sockets signed and it shows VVGng 2 × 2.5

Perhaps the person described, for the lay person, he drew an excellent diagram and understood the nuances well.

    1. - “In the first diagram, there is earth, and there are PE buses in both panels, but what about all the sockets with two wires?” -
Everything is powered by a three-core cable, the ground is simply not indicated in the diagram.

    2. - And, it’s not clear how you are going to use all of your electronic equipment with an input 25A, in turn or on schedule, there is no other choice.
At the moment, there are two single-pole 25A each ((through one phase, through another zero) and this is for the whole house with a hozblok ... (So I want to redo everything)

And everything will not turn on at the same time ...

Do not pay attention, everyone thinks that you can put any machine on the input, and calculate its value by adding the current consumption of all devices ... Here, one subscriber counted 100A for input.

        Hello!
I ordered the Kolchuginsky cable (3x2.5 (100 meters) + 3x1.5 (50 meters)) from ETM (I order everything else) - the cable got a pretty penny.
Therefore, due to finances, I decided to save a little on the scheme, relied on those protective devices that are already available (AB + RCD)
As a result, the scheme was as follows.
        What do you think?
        Thank!

What do you say about the UZO 4 + AB 8-9 group?

        To answer
      • Kroyff

Errata in the Lighting group - of course, 3x1.5 cable

I apologize for not responding for a long time. I did not see your comment. What is wrong with this group? The same as the rest - everything is fine.

    Hello, Alexey.
Proceeded to assemble the shields. There was a question about grounding (maybe in two weeks, and we’ll have time to do the grounding right away, especially the three of us here)
Tell me, did I understand this "topic" correctly?
    Drawing attached
Do you say everything correctly in the diagram?
    Thank.

If you do not combine PEN (zero from the input), then everything is correct - you will get a CT grounding system, but usually at the input after the counter, the input to the input machine combines the zero with the ground, after which the zero becomes an unmatched working and protective conductor (PEN ), and all that is connected to the PE bus becomes a working and protective conductor.

    Hello.
"But usually at the input after the counter, to the input automaton they combine zero with the ground" - I understand you correctly? - changed the scheme, and passed the exam ...

It turns out grounding according to the TT scheme is worse? - If NORMALLY at the input after the counter combine zero with the ground?

    To answer
    • Admin

because there is no 100% guarantee that the earthing switch will turn out to be good with a low resistance, and this may not provide adequate protection, and with tn-c-s, in any case, a grounded "zero" leak will go away. We also note that in TT you only RCDs will protect against leakage, in TN-C-S it can also work out the machine with a good short circuit to the case.

Well, in general, you can consult with a local electrician what he will say ...

Thank you very much, only you did not answer me, the circuit itself with the combined ground and zero, did I correctly draw up the diagram?

    And another question.
Is it possible to lead the grounding wire to the hob block, not from the PEN bus of the common flap (the flap outside the house) - but from the PE bus of the house flap to the PE bus of the hob block?
