Hello. After connecting the section to the overhead line, it was found that the voltage on two phases is 400V (a voltage relay is on each phase). Phase 3 230V. Probably, the electricians mixed up phase 3 on the pole and zero on the SIP. Do I need to contact the energy supply company to eliminate it or just after the meter again change phase 3 and zero in places? How will the counter be counted? Thank.

Hello! First of all, make sure that after the meter the circuits and voltage relays are correctly connected. If everything is connected correctly after the metering device, it means that the metering device is incorrectly connected to the mains, and accordingly it will incorrectly take into account the amount of electricity consumed.
