Why does the outdoor lamp not work?

LED lamp, outdoor lighting. What is missing in the configuration? And why might it not work?

    The transformer could fail, the diodes themselves could fail, or maybe there is simply no power supply, from the side of 220 Volts. Also on both sides, 220 and 12 Volts, there may be poor contact.

    So there must be a transformer still inside? There are mounts, but everything in the photo is in stock

      You already have it, a white block from which the wires depart. Everything is necessary for a start to check that we have indicated to you.

    The white block is the control of the temperature controller with the temperature sensor of the power supply and goes from it to the LEDs .... Filed to the 12 V LEDs, with polarity being observed: complete silence. It looks like the LEDs are dead. The input says - IN and + IN, at the output just + and -! As far as I understand, the heat sink block is the start-up, and the white box is the control for adjusting the thermal control of heating
