Are there switches for “phase” and “zero”?

In the village there is a “bad” zero, the off-light devices are dimly lit or blink and quickly fail. I can not find on sale a two-key switch for two inputs (all have one input, 2 outputs). Question: are there switches for the “phase" and the "zero", or is there another solution to the problem? (except for a solid ground loop, there is one on OHL 0.36 through 3 poles = 150m, my last pole on the line).

Hello! Previously, there were two-gang switches with two “input” terminals. Now they are less common, but can be found. You can power everything through a relay and you will use it to tear a zero.

By the way, there are two-gang walk-through light switches - connect them to 4 contacts instead of 6 and that will be what you need!
