Is the TV turned off if the light is on?

Hello. Does the TV that is turned off by the remote control consume electricity (it is plugged in and the red indicator is on)? And most importantly, does it create a load on the wiring in this form, since in addition to it, a computer, an Internet modem and a refrigerator are included in one outlet? Thank.

    Good day! A television is considered to be turned off if it is turned off using the “network” button, which is located on the TV itself. Turning off the remote puts the TV into sleep mode or, as it is also called, standby mode. In this mode, the TV consumes tens of milliamps per hour. Such consumption does not create a significant load on the wiring.
