Homemade dimmer 12 spotlights 12 volts

I need to make 3 spotlights of 12 volts, each within 12 watts, please tell me how to assemble a dimmer for such a load. Already burned 5 variable resistors :(

    Hello! A variable resistor is not suitable for these purposes. You can use the stabilizer KENEN for 12 volts, an adjustable circuit. The nuance of the scheme is the installation of a stabilizer on a large radiator. Or such an option as buying a pulse stabilizer for aliexpress, with adjustable current.
