Voltage drop in one phase at engine start

Ivan asks:
What can draw a voltage in a 3-phase network in one phase at 110 volts only when the motor is connected to a screw-screw machine (motor is working)?
The answer to the question:
Measure the current and everything will become clear. And the resistance of the windings. It is possible that in this phase either slack (bad contact) is either somewhere, or the current in this phase is increased (and there is bad contact too) due to inter-turn in one of the windings. Is the motor star connected? Zero plug in again.

The phase will sag when connected by a star without zero and different winding resistances - load asymmetries. Do I understand correctly that you measured the voltage on the motor?
