Is it possible to lay 0.4 kV cable lines in a slope?

Faced a question in the design process of 0.4 kV cable lines. Is it possible to lay a cable of 0.4 kV on a slope! I can not find the requirements for permission or prohibition of laying. Found that KL laid 1 m from the bottom of the slope! Is it possible to lay along the slope and how is this regulated?

Good day! Well, as such, there are no rules for wiring in the slope. It is recommended to lay the cable lines with a snake and if the soil is prone to displacements, you need to additionally fix the line with clamps that are attached to anchors driven into the soil.
