Hello! The problem is this. The neighbors on top of my toilet (shared with the bathroom) laid tiles, made repairs, hollowed the floor in general. After his manipulations, the toilet lights became lame, while everything was still in the bathroom. The feeling that they somehow shortened my power cable going to the toilet. I rent an apartment, there is no way to check the nest. There are options, how can I check the cause of low voltage? Light bulbs barely burn, or even go out altogether.
