When the Wessen switch is turned off, the energy-saving lamp flashes

Why, when turning off the Wessen switch with backlight, does the current flow not only through the glowing diode, but also through the lamp in the ceiling? Moreover, if the bulb is ordinary, then it does not light, and if it is energy-saving, then there are flashes. I had to remove this diode from the switch and everything was fine! Was that what you intended?
