After a short circuit, the lamps flash and the sockets do not work

Konchtantin asks:
A closure has occurred in the dorm room. The light began to blink, flicker and disappear. The light then disappeared, then lit up. In this case, the machine does not knock out. Several times I tried to turn on and off the machines. The light turned on, but the next day it went out. Only the LED light in the chandelier is very dim. And if you connect any device, it stops burning. But there is no voltage in the network. Nothing works.

The answer to the question:
When the circuit should have knocked out machines. I think you have somewhere burned out connection in the distribution box, for example, or along the line. Check with an indicator screwdriver, or better with a two-pole indicator, what is missing: phase or zero. Next, you need to either look for the place where the wire burned out, or lay new wiring.
