Help to figure out the scheme from TU with the connection of the RKF in the ShR and ShchAO

Alexandra asks:
Hello. Designed a store in a shopping center. The shopping center has its own separate branch for AO and EO (emergency and evacuation lighting), cable entry to the store comes from the lessor in ShchAO, installed at the lessee.
In specifications, the following schemes are shown as an explanation:
A separate line is shown in the ShchR, the first after the opening machine (AB3): AB4 + RKF
the second line is from the ShchR store (automatic + KM2 + RKF) to ShchAO (+ KM3).

Tell me, please, is the phase monitoring relay common in this circuit? In the diagram in TU they are shown separately in two different groups. But is this possible? I am applying the photo. Thank!
Scheme of ShchAO and RKF from TU

The answer to the question:
Well, according to the scheme, it turns out that the RKF itself is powered through one automatic machine (AB4), and its power contacts control the KM3 coil, and this line, in turn, is protected by another automatic machine - AB5, so it turns out that there are two groups. Then, at the second end of the line, go to ShchAO, KM3, whose second output is connected to zero.
At least that's what I see. Pay attention to the RKF after AB4 is indicated by a square, like a relay coil - this is the conclusion from this. It turns out that the contacts of the RKF include a KM3 coil controlling the operation of emergency lighting (contact KM3 and AB9).

Common in what sense? In this case, the phase control relay is connected to the same phase, it controls the emergency lighting circuit.
