Ground connection through zero on the pole

I read in one of the Internet publications that as a grounding in a garden house, you can use a separate wire connected to the zero wire on the pole. Is it so? thank

Hello! No. Make your ground electrode. Grounding is sometimes taken from the pole if the shield is located on it and there is an earthing switch under the pole or a 5-wire high-voltage transmission line is laid there. What is the problem of hammering three meter and a half reinforcement bars and scalding them together?
