Connecting the difavtomat and RCD at the input in the metering panel - how to correctly

Vitaly asks:
Hello, Obliged to install a new counter on the facade of the house, offered 3 phases. I chose the connection scheme as in the photo TT scheme. In the technical conditions issued by the energy service, an input automaton of no more than 32A is written. What to buy and put a difavtomat? The house already has an RCD. RCD is connected without grounding, zeroed. Now I’m doing a powerful grounding circuit, which would subsequently be used to ground the RCD. Question 2, will the Differevomat and RCDs work in pairs correctly?
The answer to the question:
Hello. Will work. But why exactly a difavtomat? I would put the machine to the counter C32, after the RCD counter to 100-300 mA, and also to 32A. If you want expensive, rich, high-quality, then put a Schneider or ABB, if you want a budget, but fine - IEK, KEAZ, EATON. Does it mean zero? Have you divided zero at the input without additional grounding BEFORE the RCD and connected zero to the cases? This is dangerous ... Moreover, now zero will be torn on the facade in front of the counter.
