Why does the Ilyich’s bulb in an ordinary cartridge not light, and the LED light?

Hello! The following questions arose: Why, when we screw an LED lamp into an ordinary lampholder, it lights up, but Ilyich does not light up? Lamps are serviceable, tested, but do not burn stubbornly. In another place, Ilyich’s lamp is on, but grabs it for 3 turns and it burns out or explodes. Why? And is the voltage at the 12.36 V - 220v outlet normal?

Hello! You yourself answered your question - you get a 12V voltage (a transformer is installed), the LED lamp means it is designed for this voltage, but there is no incandescent lamp, it works from 220V, so it does not burn.
