Why does one of the keys in the two-key switch not work separately?

On the dual switch, one of the keys does not work separately. It only works when the first key is turned on. It turns out that to turn on the light in the toilet, you must turn it on in the bathroom. What is the reason and what to do?

Hello! The reason is that the second key is powered not from the phase “coming” to the switch, but from the outgoing phase to the lamp in the bathroom. Remove the switch and reposition the jumper on the other side.
