Why does the thermal sweat not heat water?

Hello everyone! There is a thermal stream, only the re-boiling button works. The main first boiling is not carried out. In this case, check the thermal switch located at the bottom. And I decided to check the operation of the thermal sweat directly without a thermal switch, connected the contacts that previously came to it. It should work, because the thermal switch also closes these contacts to the cold. And he suddenly decided to ring the phase and zero of the power cord and it turned out that it turns out to be closed without a thermal switch, the question is - why?

Most likely it's a button, try a new one.

That's right, the heater must have dialed, but I didn’t know it, connected the wires without a thermal relay and the thermal switch worked, so you need to replace the thermal relay;) I unhooked the heating element from one contact and the thermal plug stopped ringing, so the short circuit does not threaten;) Thanks for the answer, you just did not understand the question apparently :)
