Why does the LED lamp shine poorly (not at full power)?

We purchased 2 ceiling lights Sonex Tora 48W 3400 Lm each. According to the declared characteristics, one replaces a 350-watt incandescent lamp. But when connected, they shine very badly. Two lamps are not enough to illuminate a room of 12 sq m, at least more or less acceptable. What can this be connected with and is there a solution to the problems? Acquired in Leroy. Reviews online about the lamps are good.

The lamp is dimly lit

Hello! Did you accidentally connect them in series? Well, in general, you can measure the input voltage. Maybe somewhere there is a drawdown. Or maybe this is their nominal luminous flux. In any case, you can contact the store asking for a replacement or asking them to show how they should shine in practice. But first, take a voltage measurement on the wires coming to the fixtures and check if you connected everything correctly.
