After briefly turning on the Chinese-made E-14 LED lamp, when heated, the lamp emits the smell of burnt insulation or plastic. Why is this happening and what needs to be done?

Disassemble the lamp, get out the network stabilizer. To find a visually burnt place, this is a quenching resistor. It needs to be changed to a similar 180-300 Ohm, only 2-3 watts of greater power.
