Why does the sound disappear on the TV when the light is turned on and off?

Good day. I lose sound on the set-top box from the TV when I turn the light on and off and when you turn on any electrical appliances. What could be the reason?

Hello! I have never met such a strange situation, but I looked through thematic forums where this problem is also discussed. In almost all cases, replacing an HDMI cable with a new one helps. Try it and you replace the cable with two filters with an HDMI.

Guys, just change HDMI to Tulip. And that’s it !!!!!

Rearranged the cable to another HDMI input, while everything is fine. A “tulip” gives a black and white picture with a low resolution. (I have telly LG and tricolor)

I tried it did not help, maybe something is mixed up with the wiring?

Hardly. But try connecting another prefix through a surge protector.

And I tried the surge protector today, it did not help. One electrician told me that your wires from the outlet with the switch are supposedly mixed up and you need to ring everything. What do you think about that

Was there a problem with the sound from the beginning, or after some changes? Simply, if everything worked fine for you before and no one interfered with the wiring, this is hardly the case.

Yes, initially, at first when they used electric ignition on a gas stove, then when you turn on the light in the hall, it happens the first time, and sometimes the sound disappears from the second. Moreover, when the refrigerator and the freezer turn on and off automatically, the same thing happens, and you have to switch the console

Well then, I really find it difficult to answer. It is unlikely that the sockets with switches are confused. Moreover, your problem is quite popular, and not an isolated case. Maybe in the receiver itself ..

And they did not try to change the prefix ??? In extreme cases, you can try to turn the plug 180 degrees from the console when plugged into the outlet. If it does not help, change the prefix.

We also have such a problem. And it is clearly not a matter of wiring. We lived in the same apartment and the same garbage. We moved to the other apartment the same garbage. And we changed the receiver and changed the unit to the receiver. Nothing has changed ((((

I join, the same problem. And connected through a filter, both directly and through an extension cord from another network. I tried even through the stabilizer, it does not help. Reacts to the refrigerator, turning on the fan button, pulling the plug out of the outlet, etc. Advise what a thread, a request without trolling

Good evening! Please tell me, we changed the electric heating boiler in our house, bought the “Baikal” prefix which shows well at all our neighbors, the boiler is automatically ON. And off at ON for 20 seconds, the TV and sound freezes. What is the reason please tell me.

The reason is not electric appliances and electricity. The reason is the deterioration of the television cable. If you are not far from the relay mast, first try inserting a meter-long piece of copper wire (old unnecessary piece of cord from the electrical device) into the antenna jack of the console “nail”. If the signal is good (you need to wait a bit) and the TV shows, then there will be no problem with the loss. You can leave it this way or buy a room antenna. And if you can not do without an outdoor antenna, then you need to change the television cable. And to enter it into the room not by a riser with electric wires, but preferably through a window. I checked. Disappearances ceased. Good luck.
