Why is the floor shocking when the washing machine is operating?

Hello. A washing machine is in the kitchen. The floor in the kitchen is tiled. When the machine was working, it touched the floor with a wet hand and at that moment it struck with electric shock. Strongly, blood flowed from a finger. What could it be: wiring or malfunction of the washing machine? How can this be fixed? Thank.

Hello! Did you touch the floor or did you still touch the machine? If only to the floor - it would hit in the legs. Check the indicator screwdriver for potential on the machine body. Possible leakage of current to the housing. It is worth contacting a washing machine repair technician if there is a leak. And in general, install on the input or on the UZO socket, from which the washing machine is powered.
