Why do remote lifters turn off during remote load disconnection?

Sergei asks:
There are 4 factory shields with remote control. The same equipment hangs on all 4 groups, the load is also approximately the same somewhere around 3.5 kW. When turning on and off in the direct shields, everything works fine. But when using the remote control, the diffs on shutdown are triggered, and it is precisely when the button is pressed to turn off. When turned on, this does not happen. In test mode, everything worked fine.
The answer to the question:
To answer correctly, you need to know how the remote control is organized, which switching devices work and for what reason. Difs work on leak or overload? What disconnects the load? Contactors? The arc is strong, are there any flashes? Is the control circuit powered by the same diffs that knock out? Maybe the problem is in the control circuit.
