Why do halogen bulbs burn out in a chandelier?

Halogen bulbs burn out on the chandelier. 4 pieces do not burn at all. Even if I put new lamps. What could be the reason? Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello! There are several reasons for the burnout of halogen lamps: poor twisting of wires, poor contact in the lampholders, damage to the insulation of the wires in the chandelier, failure of the step-down transformer (if the lamps work from 12 V), power surges, and, in itself, the poor quality of the bulbs.
