Why does the voltage drop when I turn on the microwave?

Why does the voltage drop from 260 Volts to 160 Volts when the load is turned on (800 W microwave). What is the reason? The house has a 3-wire connection. Between the "ground" and "0" 5 volts. And it seems that the counter is spinning when all consumers are turned off.

Hello! Drawdowns are possible due to poor contact on one of the line connections, find out from the riser neighbors (connected to the same phase) whether they have such a problem. If so, contact your supplying or managing organization.
