So I can’t understand, it seems to be written there as a counter 3 phase direct-flow. Why 3 phase in the stall, if there will be used 220V? Power is up to 15 kW.     Hello! Because, apparently, you are organizing a three-phase input, you can connect each of the refrigerators in your stall to a separate phase. In addition, TKP 45-4.04-149-2009 says:
    9.13 Electrical networks of residential buildings should be based on the following:
    - with a design load at the entrance to the apartment up to 12 kW, it is recommended to use a single-phase input, with a design load of more than 12 kW, as a rule, a three-phase input;

    But this is a very controversial statement, which is no longer found in related electrical regulatory documents.
