Are the lamps exactly on 220V? Not on 12V? If yes, then you can try to use the exception method - turn off the switch and connect its wires directly (de-energize the apartment first), if the light does not go out - the problem is in the switch. I also advise you to check all possible connection points - twists in the boxes, the terminals of which the chandelier is connected.

Did you buy lamps all at once and in one place? If you leave only 1 lamp (unscrew the rest), will it also turn off? Try to buy a lamp from another manufacturer and check. Maybe they just overheat.

If, nevertheless, you are talking about it for 12V halogens, then this behavior is likely, you need to replace the electronic transformer with a power supply unit with an output constant voltage (DC) of 12 volts. And everything will be fine.
