Why does the outlet not work if there is a phase?

Hello! The outlet has stopped working. I tried to check with an indicator screwdriver, the voltage shows (the light in the handle lights up). I plug in a desk lamp, a vacuum cleaner, an iron - silence, nothing works. Help me figure out what is the reason. Thank you in advance!

Voltage should be measured with a multimeter, not an indicator. Most likely there was a wire break (zero) or a weak contact.
