Why does one of the cooking hobs not work when the oven is on?

Hello, I bought an electric stove a week ago. When the oven is on, the upper right burner does not work, turn off the oven it works fine, turn it on again off. What is the problem, what to do?

    Hello! Either the stove was connected incorrectly, or the problem is in the electronics. Need a diagnosis.

    Read the instructions. This is most likely normal. System of protection against overload of an electric circuit.
