Why do spotlights only flash above the kitchen table?

Good afternoon! When the light is turned on (4 spotlights, 35 W, above the kitchen table), the light flashes at a frequency of 2 times per second (completely off / on). Further, the flashing becomes more rare (about 1 time per second). After 20-30 flashes, the light starts to burn normally. At the same time, it flashes longer every day. At first (5 days ago) it blinked about 10 times to normal mode. If you turn off the light (when it burned without blinking) and immediately turn it on again - everything is fine, there are no blinks. If you turn off the lights and turn on after 30 minutes - the story repeats. Alternately turned off all the bulbs, replaced the bulbs - the blinking did not stop.

The ABB Impuls switch with backlight turned off the diode / replaced it with another switch - the blinking did not stop. The switch was installed in 2012. Throughout the apartment there are the same switches and the same lamps. Blinks in only one place. All lighting is separately displayed on the dashboard.

Hello! If everything is normal in other rooms, and the lights are exactly the same, then the point is in the wiring itself, which powers these spotlights. Check the quality of connecting the wires to the cartridges, if everything is normal on the cartridges and there are no burnt zones, go ahead - see the connections in the junction box. Possibly poor contact causes the spotlights to flash.
