Why do incandescent lamps flash in the model of the Ostankino tower?

Good afternoon. There is a small model (copy) of the Ostankino tower, it has backlighting by Soviet lamps. Only 6 bulbs 60V 3.5 W in series connection. The problem is that when you connect 220v from the outlet, they begin to flicker (sometimes blinks). Is this a problem in one of the bulbs? There are no drawdowns in the network, I connected the table lamp to the same outlet, everything is fine. If the problem lies in one of the six lamps, how can they be checked without a 60V power supply? Thank.

Hello! These are incandescent bulbs - it means that they can be easily called a bell / multimeter. But if they flicker - it means somewhere bad contact. If the nature of the flicker changes when tapping, poor contact is possible even not in the bulbs, but in the wiring inside the model.
