Why does the LED lamp flash when turned on?

Hello! Faced such a problem. I decided to make lighting from the LED lamp in the corridor. When, for the purpose of checking, I connected the lamp directly to the network (2 wires sticking out of the wall), the light began to flash, and very strongly, that after 2 minutes my eyes begin to hurt. Checked in other rooms - everything is fine. The wiring in the house is old aluminum.

Hello! There may be several reasons:
    1. A backlit switch is installed in the hallway, with which you turn off this lamp. The backlight also causes blinking.
    2. The switch breaks the zero, and the phase goes directly to the lamp. This is a blunder, it should be the other way around (phase to break, zero directly).
    3. Weak tension in the corridor. There may be poor contact in the junction box or at the point of connection of the lamp, and this is blinking.
