Why do the lights to illuminate the shelf light up and go out right away?

Good afternoon. There is a shelf in the kitchen with 3 lamps. The lamps light up for a split second and immediately go out. They do not respond to every touch, but with a break of about 30 seconds. What could be? Dimmer? Sensor switch? Transformer?

Hello! I guess the touch switch is to blame. To check, buy the cheapest switch and use it to check the circuit. If everything is normal - you have found the reason. To exclude a dimmer, simply shunt it, that is, output it from the circuit and connect the wires directly. To test the transformers, apply voltage to them directly, for example, from a power outlet with a separate wire.
